A Special Virtual Learning Circle Series for Collaborative Learning
Are you a woman farmer (or hope to be) who wants to physically keep your business running in a healthy manner for a long time?
Join us for Aging Strong— a women-led online series for information, support and resource sharing to help us preserve and protect
our most important farming tool...ourselves.
Each month we will cover a different theme, including both mental and physical health topics along with a new movement exercise we’ll do together.

This is a women farmer-led curriculum, featuring a diverse team of women sharing their expertise and experience who also are farming with hands in the soil.

Different from a traditional webinar classroom format, Learning Circles honor that we, in a community of women, all have something to share and something to learn, wherever we may be on our personal journey.
We welcome sharing of experiences, resources, what worked (or didn’t) for you, challenges and opportunities -- all in a safe, welcoming space. These circles are also intended to also be a regular reminder for us all during the winter season to take the time to prioritize our own care and wellness.
With the discussion and safe space focus of the Learning Circles, they will not be recorded. A written summary will be sent after each session to all registered.
