I've recently discovered that chocolate flavored collagen powder makes a tasty fortified hot cocoa with 11 g protein. I love if I can work a little in with a treat. And there is some evidence that protein at night is particularly good.

As I get older I'm learning that I HAVE TO let some things go because I CANNOT do everything - and truthfully I never could and I know that because I was chronically stressed and had little to no SELF CARE. So sometimes we need to evaluate our lives and figure out what's enough, and what to say goodbye to. :-) Not easy but important to lead a balanced life and take care of ourselves!
