Calling all women ready to get our hands back in the soil and celebrate spring and Earth Day!

Join us for an educational learning circle, bringing together women committed to stewarding our land, sharing stories and learning from each other.

Develop a better understanding of soil health and how to improve yours, including tips on composting for both city and country dwellers. Tonya Gratz with Green County Soil & Water Conservation will take us through the key ingredients of building healthy soil and what we all can do to actively steward our land.

Hear the inspiring personal stories of local Soil Sisters and Stewardship Ambassadors with the Women, Food & Agriculture Network on why caring for our land for future generations is so important and connect with various resources.

Locally baked cookies by Danielle Matson of Hidden Garden Bakery will be served starting at 9:30 am.  Come early for coffee and community connections!

• Women, all who identify as such, are welcome to attend – from  landowners to farmers to conservationist enthusiasts – whatever your  background, from beginners to experts!  This Learning Circle model intentionally provides ample time and a safe space for story sharing, networking and collaborative learning. We all have something to both share and learn together.
• Free to attend with snacks provided. Space is limited -- please register.
